Welcome to Arkansas!
I did these for a friend who has a friend that just moved to Arkansas. I saw some like the US one on one of my favorite cookie blogs a while ago and when I was asked to make some "welcome to Arkansas" cookies I wanted to try Bridget's idea. It was hard to do the shape of Arkansas so small and I know it's not geographically correct but that's the fun of it! I love how they turned out! Here's where I got the idea...
